TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) All prices listed do not include postage.

2) Booking is valid for 48 hours only. If no feedback within 48 hours after order has been confirmed, the item will be released to the next buyer.

3) If buyers do not receive any reply from us within 48 hours, please re-send your email.

4) Payment method shall be via Cash Deposit or Internet Banking (Maybank2U/CIMB Clicks) to the Bank Account Number given in our email to you.

5) Goods sold are NOT returnable or refundable.

6) Colour of the items might vary due to the different colour setting of your monitor.

7) We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

1)All orders will be sent out during weekdays. It takes one (1) to three (3) working days for the delivery of parcel to arrive.

2)You will receive an e-mail confirmation along with the tracking number.

3)The order will be delivered once the transaction of the payment is complete.

Terma & Syarat (T&C)

1) Semua harga yang tertera adalah tidak termasuk caj penghantaran.

2) Tempahan hanya dibuka selama 48 jam sahaja. Sekiranya kami tidak menerima sebarang maklumbalas di dalam tempoh 48 jam, item tersebut akan dibuka semula untuk jualan.

3) Sila e-mel semula tempahan anda sekiranya tiada sebarang maklumbalas dari pihak i-Hart Enterprise dalam tempoh 48 jam.

4) Kaedah pembayaran adalah melalui Deposit Tunai atau Perbankan Internet (Maybank2u/CIMB Clicks). Nombor Akaun Bank akan diberi di dalam e-mel maklumbalas kami.

5) Barangan yang telah dijual TIDAK boleh dikembalikan.

6) Warna sebenar barangan mungkin berlainan sedikit dari warna asal.

7) Pihak i-Hart Enterprise TIDAK akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan atau kerosakkan barangan semasa penghantaran.

Penghantaran

1) Semua tempahan akan dihantar pada hari bekerja sahaja. Ia mengambil masa selama satu (1) hingga tiga (3) hari untuk tiba di pintu anda.

2) Pembeli akan menerima e-mel pengesahan bersama-sama dengan nombor pengesanan.

3) Setiap tempahan akan dihantar sekiranya transaksi bayaran telah selesai.
